Who We're Looking For

Itembase is seeking a Growth Specialist with experience in Shopify/eCommerce Apps to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our eCommerce Apps on the Shopify platform and other eCommerce marketplaces. We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for eCommerce and a track record of delivering growth and adoption for eCommerce Apps.


- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and revenue for our customers eCommerce Apps on the Shopify, Magento, Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities and optimize our Apps for customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for our eCommerce Apps
- Monitor and evaluate App performance and make recommendations for improvements to the App features, functionality, and user experience
- Manage App listings and ensure that they are optimized for discoverability and conversion
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce Apps and marketplaces

Who we hope you are or want to become (Requirements).

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on eCommerce Apps and marketplaces
- Strong understanding of the Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce platforms and other eCommerce App Stores
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for eCommerce Apps
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies, including marketing and promotional campaigns, A/B testing, and user acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Magento, Amazon, and eBay is a plus

We’re interviewing candidates with different levels of experience as we have learned the results can be achieved in different ways as long as the motivation and work spirit fits. Therefore the overall compensation package can range rather widely based on your experience.
