Who We're Looking For

Itembase is seeking a Pricing Manager with experience in the logistics industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our logistics clients. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is comfortable working with complex data sets and has a strong understanding of pricing and revenue management concepts. You should have a strong background in the logistics industry and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

- Develop pricing strategies and pricing models for logistics clients
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and market trends
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and systems to support pricing operations
- Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to senior management

Who we hope you are or want to become (Requirements).

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing and revenue management in the logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large data sets and the ability to extract insights from data
- Strong understanding of pricing concepts and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and experience with pricing tools and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

We’re interviewing candidates with different levels of experience as we have learned the results can be achieved in different ways as long as the motivation and work spirit fits. Therefore the overall compensation package can range rather widely based on your experience.
