Who We're Looking For

Itembase is seeking a UI/UX Designer with experience in designing and optimizing merchant onboarding flows to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for our merchant onboarding flow, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our clients. We are looking for a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

- Design user interfaces and user experiences for the merchant onboarding flow
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to optimize the merchant onboarding experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding flows align with business goals and objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows
- Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback

Who we hope you are or want to become (Requirements).

- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on optimizing user onboarding flows
- Strong portfolio of previous design work
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Compensation

You will receive a Compensation Package that includes Stock Options and opportunities to invest in current and future funding rounds.

We’re interviewing candidates with different levels of experience as we have learned the results can be achieved in different ways as long as the motivation and work spirit fits. Therefore the overall compensation package can range rather widely based on your experience.
